适用范围
本标准规定了微型空气压缩机用钢制压力容器的设计、制造、检验与验收的基本要求。
本标准适用于设计压力小于1.6 MPa，公称容积大于或等于25 L、且小于450 L 的微型空气压缩机用压力容器。压力容器的使用温度范围为0～200℃。设计压力和公称容积相当于上述规定的其他压缩机用压力容器，可参照本标准执行。

【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansfordeterminingthepercentofdicumylperoxideintechnicalandrefinedgradesofthismaterial.Thistestmethodisspecificfordicumylperoxide.Nointerferenceisencounteredfromdimethylbenzylalcohol,acetophenone,orotherminorimpuritiesnormallyassociatedwithcommercialdicumylperoxide.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheassayofdicumylperoxideincommerciallyavailablerefinedgradesofdicumylperoxide.Technicalgradescanalsobeassayed,providedthatimpuritiesthatinterferechromatographicallyareabsent(seeNote1).Thesematerialsnominallycontainapproximately99and92%ofdicumylperoxide,respectively.Note18212;Intheassayoftechnicalgradedicumylperoxide,errorsarepossibleiftheproductcontainsanimpuritythateluteswiththesameretentiontimeastheinternalstandard.Achromatogramobtainedunderthetestconditionsminustheinternalstandardwilldeterminewhetheraninterferencesituationexistsintheassayofaparticulartechnicalgradeproduct.Ifanimpurityisnoted,anditsretentiontimeisslightlydifferentfromthatoftheinternalstandard,theinterferencecanoftenbeeliminatedbytheuseofacolumnknowntohaveahighplatecount.1.2Reviewthecurrentmaterialsafetydatasheets(MSDS)fordetailedinformationconcerningtoxicity,firstaidprocedures,andsafetyprecautions.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection7.
