【摘要】:1ThispartofISO/TS22559—specifiesglobalessentialsafetyrequirements(GESRs)forlifts(elevators),theircomponentsandfunctions,and—establishesasystemandprovidesmethodsforminimizingsafetyrisksthatmayariseinthecourseof,theoperationanduseof,orworkon,lifts(elevators).NOTE1HereinafterinthispartofISO/TS22559,theterm"lift"isusedinsteadoftheUSterm"elevator".NOTE2SeeClause5regardingtheuseandapplicationofthisTechnicalSpecification.2ThispartofISO/TS22559isapplicabletoliftsthatareintendedtocarrypersons,andthatcana)belocatedinanypermanentandfixedstructureorbuilding,exceptliftslocatedin1)privateresidences(singlefamilyunits),and2)meansoftransport,e.g.ships;b)haveany1)ratedload,sizeofloadcarryingunitandspeed,and2)traveldistanceandnumberoflandings;c)beaffectedbyfireintheload-carryingunit(LCU),earthquake,weatherorflood;d)bemisused(e.g.overloaded)butnotvandalized.3ThispartofISO/TS22559doesnotspecificallycovera)allneedsofuserswithdisabilities,orb)risksarisingfrom1)workonliftsunderconstructionorduringalterationsanddismantling,2)useofliftsforfirefightingandemergencyevacuation,3)vandalism,and4)fireoutsidetheLCU.note:1)AlthoughtheGESRsspecifiedinthispartofISO/TS22559havebeenidentifiedandevaluatedbyriskassessment,notalldisabilitiesorcombinationsofsuchdisabilitiesofusershavenecessarilybeenaddressed.
