【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241specifiescriteriabasedonergonomicsfactorsforthedesignofphysicalinputdevicesforinteractivesystemsincludingkeyboards,mice,pucks,joysticks,trackballs,trackpads,tabletsandoverlays,touch-sensitivescreens,styliandlightpens,andvoice-andgesture-controlleddevices.Itgivesguidanceonthedesignofthesedevices,takingintoconsiderationthecapabilitiesandlimitationsofusers,andspecifiesgenericdesigncriteriaforphysicalinputdevices,aswellasspecificcriteriaforeachtypeofdevice.Requirementsforthedesignofproductsaregiveneitherasaresultofcontext-freeconsiderations,orelsecanbedeterminedbasedonthespecifieddesigncriteriafortheintendeduse;suchspecifiedcriteriagenerallyhavingbeensubdividedintotask-orientedcategories,whereverapplicable.EXAMPLETheresolutionofapointingdeviceisgiveninrelationtofourlevelsofindexofdifficultyfortheFittstest.Therequiredcategoryfortheresolutioncanbedeterminedonthebasisofthetaskcharacteristics,userpopulationandcontextofusefortheintendedapplication.ThispartofISO9241doesnotspecifythecategoriesthatareappropriatefordevicesas,accordingtotheconceptofusability,aproducthasnoinherentusability.Selectingthecategorytowhichacertainpropertyofadevicebelongsissubjecttothedesignofaproduct.ThispartofISO9241isexpectedtobeusedbythemanufacturersofphysicalinputdevices,includingproductdesignersandtestorganizations,indeterminingthedesigncharacteristicsofadeviceforitsintendedcontextofuse(userpopulation,task,softwareorenvironment,etc.).ThedatageneratedbytheusersofthispartofISO9241forthedescriptionofthepropertiesoftheirproductscanbeappliedintheselectionofadeviceadequatefortheactualcontextofuseonthebasisofthetaskprimitivesrelevantforthetaskofthespecificuserpopulation,andforachievingtherequiredlevelofefficiencyandeffectivenessforagivensystem.
