【摘要】:1.1ThisGuideoutlinesageneralapproachbywhichcertificationbodiescandevelopandapplyproductcertificationschemesutilizingrequirementsofanorganization'squalitymanagementsystem.TheprovisionsgiveninthisGuidearenotrequirementsfortheaccreditationofaproductcertificationbodyanddonotsubstitutetherequirementsofISO/IECGuide65.1.2TheschemescontainedinthisGuideareforproductcertificationonlyandinallcasesinvolvethefollowingprinciples:a)assessmentofanorganization’squalitymanagementsystemanditscapabilitytoconsistentlysupplyproductsconformingtospecifiedrequirements;b)testing,inspectionorcomparableverificationoftheproduct'sconformitytoschemecriteriaandspecifiedrequirements;c)applicationofasuitablesurveillanceschemetoensurecontinualconformitytospecifiedrequirementsofproductssuppliedbytheorganization;d)controlofthemarkofconformityand/orlogoofthecertificationbody.1.3Withinproductcertificationschemes,itispossibleforcertificationbodiestoverifyconformitywiththespecifiedrequirementsthroughavarietyofways,includingtheassessmentofanapplicant'squalitymanagementsystem.Whatevertheformofschemethatisdeveloped,thecertificationbodyretainstheauthoritytocertifyornot.AcertificationbodycanatitsdiscretionspecifyschemecriteriainadditiontothosedescribedinthisGuide.
