【摘要】:ThisstandarddefinesuniformQualityandTechnicalrequirementsrelativetometallicpartsmarkingperformedinusing"DataMatrixsymbology"usedwithintheaerospaceindustry.TheISO/IEC16022specifiesgeneralrequirements(datacharacterencodation,errorcorrectionrules,decodingalgorithm,etc.).InadditiontoISO/IEC16022specification,partidentificationwithsuchsymbologyissubjecttothefollowingrequirementstoensureelectronicreadingofthesymbol.Themarkingprocessescoveredbythisstandardareasfollows:--Dotpeening--Laser--Electro-chemicaletchingFurthermarkingprocesseswillbeincludedifrequired.ThisstandarddoesnotspecifyinformationtobeencodedUnlessspecifiedotherwiseinthecontractualbusinessrelationship,thecompanyresponsibleforthedesignofthepartshalldeterminethelocationoftheDataMatrixMarking.Symbolpositionshouldallowoptimumilluminationfromallsidesforreadability.
