【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthefirmnessofbutter.Themethodisalsoapplicabletobutterpreparedbyrecombinationofmilkcomponents,aerationofbutterandbuttertowhichvegetablefat,spicesorotherfoodshavebeenadded.Anychangeswithregardtothepreparationofthebutter,however,willinfluenceitsfirmnesscharacteristics.ThereforeforthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theseproductsarenotincluded.
