【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethod,byanalysisofinorganiccarbon,fortheevaluationinanaqueousmediumoftheultimateaerobicbiodegradabilityoforganicsubstancesatagivenconcentrationofmicroorganisms.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoorganiccompoundswhichare:a)water-solubleunderthetestconditions;b)poorlywater-solubleunderthetestconditions,inwhichcasespecialmeasuresmaybenecessarytoachieveagooddispersionofthecompound(seeISO10634);c)volatile;d)notinhibitorytothetestmicroorganismsattheconcentrationchosenforthetest.Inthistest,biogenicallyproducedinorganiccarbonismeasuredinsituinthetestvesselsinsuchamannerthattheratemeasurednearlyequalstherateofmicrobialproduction.NOTE1TheconditionsdescribedinthisInternationalStandarddonotalwayscorrespondtotheoptimalconditionsforallowingthemaximumdegreeofbiodegradationtooccur.ForalternativebiodegradationmethodsseeISO15462.NOTE2Withhighlyvolatilesubstances,lossestothegaseousphasecanbeminimizedbyreducingthevolumeoftheheadspace.However,thereshouldbesufficientoxygeninthetestsystemtopreventbiodegradationbeingoxygen-limited.NOTE3Thepresenceofaninhibitoryeffectcanbedeterminedasspecifiedin8.3,orbyusinganyothermethodfordeterminingtheinhibitoryeffectofasubstanceonbacteria(see,forexample,ISO8192).

【摘要】:1GeneralReplacement:Theseparticularrequirementsapplytoelectricalrangehoods(includingtheiraccessoriesandtheircomponentparts)forhouseholdandsimilaruse.Bysimilaruseisunderstoodtheuseinsimilarconditionsasinhouseholds,forexampleininns,coffee-houses,tea-rooms.Theseparticularrequirementsapplytorangehoodsintendedforfilteringtheairoftheroomorforexhaustingtheairoutoftheroom.Theseparticularrequirementsdonotapplyto:-rangehoodsforindustrialorprofessionalpurposes;-appliancesinwhichthefanislocatedinaseparateunitfromtherangehooditself.2TypesofnoiseAddition:ISO3743-1,ISO3743-2andISO3744canbeusedformeasuringnoiseemittedbyrangehoods.3SizeofthesourceReplacement:ThemethodspecifiedinISO3744isapplicabletonoisesourcesofanysize.WhenapplyingISO3743-1andISO3743-2,careshouldbetakenthatthemaximumsizeoftherangehoodundertestfulfilstherequirementsspecifiedin1.3ofISO3743-1andISO3743-2.
